Can I try the bike before buying?

We have two hardtails available for testing, in sizes M and L. They are available either by appointment in the Brittany region or by sending the bike by parcel. The test is done over a set period of time and is funded by the tester. For anyone interested in this test, contact us at contact@rezal-bikes.com

What are the delivery times for my order?

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Subject to availability, a black frame will be shipped within 48 hours to ensure your order arrives in less than a week. For custom paint jobs, the frames are sent to our service provider for painting upon receipt of the order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.

For custom-assembled complete bikes, delivery times depend on Rezal Bikes receiving the various spare parts. We promise to keep you regularly informed of the progress of the assembly.

Do we ship frames and complete bikes abroad?

International shipping is possible. For orders outside the EU, be careful, however, as you will have to pay various taxes. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do I need to respect any prerequisites when assembling my frame?

Thanks to our technological choices (screwed bottom bracket, post mount caliper, UDH derailleur hanger), the assembly of our hardtail is very easy.

The only recommendation to follow when mounting the 31.6mm dropper post is to lubricate it before installation. If this is not done, a process called galvanic corrosion (the reaction of steel to aluminum) will make removing the seat post very difficult in the long run. This is a prerequisite to follow on all steel bicycle frames.

If you are installing a seat post with a diameter less than 31.6mm requiring a plastic adapter, in this case, you are not required to grease the seat post, although this is still recommended.

Why use steel on bicycles?

Steel is durable, strong and has a lower impact on the environment due to its easy recycling. In addition, the simple, clean lines of the tubes give an uncompromising look to our frames.

Due to its excellent mechanical characteristics, Reynolds' fully custom steel tubes allow us to play with the thicknesses and profiles of the tubes in order to give our frame dynamic qualities impossible to find with any other material.

Where are the bikes made?

The design, production of prototypes (notching, welding), testing, painting and assembly of the bikes is made out in Quimper, Brittany, France.

The manufacturing of this first batches of frames is handmade in South America by a well-know craftsman in the business.
