Rear wheel clearance: We recommend a maximum 2.5" rear tire for 29" tires for ideal clearance.
The Rezal Mamba is a hardtail with modern, aggressive geometry, while keeping a good versatility for different ride situation.
Whether for a little ride with family, freeriding or the most challenging singletracks, it can take it all.
The frame is hand-welded and it was paint by powder coating process. It provide increased impact resistance compared to liquid paint.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We trust that a worthy steel hardtail must have a feeling that will make you much more confident while riding. This is a key point that sometimes don't seem to be the goal for some big brands that make steel hardtails: they want to sell stiff and durable bikes, even if it's means sacrificing comfort and feelling of ride.
We make differents prototypes before coming to the right balance between robustness and comfort. Thanks to our collaboration with Reynolds Technology, we developed a complete set of custom tubes.
In addition to the thicknesses, the tube profiles have also been custom in specific places (top tube and seat stays are ovalized) to gain a little bit more of vertical compliance.
The result is what we consider a killer hardtail: great downhill performance, durable, playful and comfortable even in the roughest situations. It's just waiting to convince you that STEEL IS REAL is more than just a motto.
WARRANTY
All our frames are sold with a 3-years warranty.
We are riders before everything, we know how frustrating it can be to crashing and breaking your frame without having any solution. Our frames come with a lifetime crash replacement for the first and subsequent purchasers (subject to presentation of the original invoice).

KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER
- Steel frame: Reynolds 631 (top tube/down tube/seat tube), Reynolds 525 (seat stays/chainstays) for a good mix of strength, comfort and weight savings.
- Ultra-versatile geometry ensuring great stability, a high and confident feels cockpit while maintaining versatility and playfulness, the bike comes out of corners even faster than it goes into them!
- 76° straightened seat tube, gives the bike ideal climbing position.
- Short seat tube with an internal diameter of 31.6 mm. Ideal for installing a long-travel dropper post. This results in a comfortable position when pedaling and descending, with no risk of touching saddle on the steeps.
- The cockpit (stack) is high to feel comfortable without having to add a large number of spacers under the stem.
- The frame, treated with an anti-rust solution, has a small hole under the bottom bracket to improve water drainage and increase the lifetime of the treatment.
- Possibility to put a 27.5 rear wheel for a mullet setup. This implies a modification of the original geometry as such: steering angle -1° ( ≃ 63°) , seat tube angle -1° ( ≃ 75°), bottom bracket height approximately 13mm lower, reach reduced by approximately 10mm, stack approximately 10mm higher
